To prevent disappointment, you are advised to book your tickets beforehand.
In spite of the fact that you have booked a specific time slot, we regret that delays of up to 45 minutes may occur when the number of visitors is very large!

VIP evening arrangements for corporate private parties

From Sunday to Friday, from 6:30 p.m. – i.e. after closing time for the general public – our “VIP evening" arrangement enables you to book an exclusive visit to the exhibition for your customers and/or business acquaintances. The VIP evening costs €3,000.00. The size of the group is limited to at most 120 visitors. Prices include the guide(s) who will show you around the exhibition. For an extra fee this VIP evening arrangement can be completed with a reception and/or a VIP dinner (choosing from the bronze, silver, gold or diamond formulas). Catering is provided by Gourmet Invent from Gent – famous for its services at the Waregem Koerse horseracing event and at The Fine Art Fair in Maastricht.
