In
an exclusive exhibition for Belgium, original
warrior sculptures from the Terracotta
Army of Xi’an are presented. Extraordinary
grave goods show how the imperial funerary
cult from the Qin dynasty further developed
during the subsequent Western Han dynasty.
Visitors are introduced to the early days
of the Chinese empire, the time when construction
of the precursor of the famous Great Wall
was begun. |
